Overview:

The key to Paul's teaching perspective is based on who he is as a person. Paul believes foremost in the value of the individual. Each student is an individual and as such should be treated fairly and justly. The value of the individual reinforces the value of the group. If an individual's needs are placed above the needs of a group then the value of several individuals has been reduced. The key is reinforcing the value of each individual as a member of a larger group. His teaching philosophy has consistently resulted in excellent student evaluations and extensive student-teacher interaction.
